At Filters Factory, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide the best quality products and services. Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


Order Cancellation

  • You can request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, or before it is shipped, whichever comes first.

  • Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

If your order qualifies for cancellation, the refund will be initiated as per the refund process mentioned below.


Refund Policy

We follow Razorpay’s standard refund procedure for all prepaid orders. Refunds are processed only in the following cases:

  • Order Cancellation before dispatch

  • Defective/Damaged Product received (with proof)

  • Wrong Product delivered (with proof)

To raise a refund request, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You may be required to provide photos or videos as evidence for verification.


Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method via Razorpay.

  • Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.


No Refund Conditions

We do not offer refunds in the following scenarios:

  • After order has been dispatched and delivered in good condition.

  • If product is damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling.

  • For customized/bulk orders (unless proven defective).
