• We currently deliver across India, including all major cities and towns.

• Orders placed from remote or non-serviceable areas may require additional delivery time or may be canceled with prior notification.

2. Delivery Time

• Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

• Shipping Duration: Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

• You will receive a tracking number via SMS/email once the order has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Charges

• We offer Free Shipping on most orders above ₹XXX (optional – based on your business).

• Orders below the minimum cart value may attract a nominal shipping fee, which will be displayed at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID to monitor your shipment in real-time.

• You can track your order through the link shared in your order confirmation email/SMS.

5. Delays in Delivery

• While we try to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Courier partner delays

  • National/state holidays

• We will keep you informed in case of any such delay.

6. Undelivered Orders

• If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, our courier partner may attempt 2 more redeliveries before returning the package.

• In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

• If you receive a package that is physically damaged, please refuse to accept it and inform us immediately.

• In case your package is lost in transit, we will initiate an investigation and provide a full refund or replacement based on the outcome.
